Before you email — two quick things to check
- Search your Downloads folder for "Contractor" or "Vault". Most "missing" files are already on the computer, just not where the person expected.
- Search your email for "Quote Before Dark". Your payment receipt is there, and it confirms exactly which products you bought — useful if you're not sure whether an upsell went through.

I bought more than one thing and only got one file.

The zip won't open on my phone.
Zip files are awkward on phones and the spreadsheet needs a real keyboard anyway. Download it on a computer — the calculator is where the value is, and you'll want to be sitting down with your numbers.
I want a refund.
No problem, and no hard feelings. Email the same address within 30 days and I'll process it. You keep the files.
I bought the Done-For-You Setup and don't know what happens next.
You need the intake form — 15 minutes of your details. Email me and I'll resend it along with your booking link.
One tip so this doesn't happen twice: once you've got the files, drag them into a folder you'll actually find again — your business documents folder, not Downloads. And back them up to Google Drive or Dropbox. They're yours forever, but only if you can find them.
